En-trance Shamanic Flowdancing

Awaking inner Wisdom

Autumn semester in OSLO: 

Friday 14 October, 28 October, 18 November and 2 December at 19:55 – 21:30

One Friday a month, we prepare our space to experience the medicine and wisdom of dance meditation.

en-Trance Shamanic Flowdancing is a guided medicine journey using movements, imagery, poetry, archetypes, metaphor, intension, shape-shifting and music to enter a transformative state. The session is held as a ceremonial, ritualistic space. 

We will focus on three aspects:

1. Integrating the 3 Worlds:

- the Higher World (The sun behind the sun)

- the Middle World (Life here and now, honoring the earth, our body and our relations)

- the Inner World (spiraling deeper into our center and what lies within us)

2. Uniting with the power of the four elements: Earth, Fire, Air and Water (one element each night)

3. Creating a ceremonial state (learning to live from a state of love and gratitude)

The sessions are held at Helgesensgate 10 (Oslo Buddhistsenter), 0535 Oslo

The doors are opening at 19:40 so that you can come and settle in.

If you want, you can bring a flower, a feather, a stone, a picture or other symbolic objects to put on the alter.

About Shamanic Flowdancing: In 2006 I created a dance meditation method that I called Flowdancing. It builds on energy and movement, and it is an inner journey. The shamanistic Flowdancing is a ritual to enter our inner guidance and to be in ceremony with life. It is deeply embodied as well as a journey in energy, shape-shifting and our imaginary world.
