The theme for this semester is "Light, darkness & the wisdom of the Heart".

Together we enter a nourishing process guided by the moment, the energy of the group, conscious movement, meditation and the feminine power of cacao.

Together we go into the deeper layers of our feminine essence, who we are, and in particularly related to the four elements we are a part of: earth, fire, water and air. 

Nature teachers, nature nurtures us, nature is us. 

We are her gardeners, guardians and lovers. 

This will be a gathering for ceremony and ritual, journeying through movement, silence, sensitivity, reflection, meditation, sharing etc.

And for this process, I invite us to journey with:

- conscious movement / flowdancing

- the power of the group

- the space holder created by ceremony

The price for one session is NOK 440 / 330 stud&low income.

The cost includes ceremonial cacao.

Natural cacao has ingredients that provide a mild neuroactive effect, and it has an opening effect on the heart / blood circulation in the body.
If you have heart problems or are pregnant, we ask you not to drink a whole cup, but maybe just taste, and in that way establish a relationship with the cacao. The same is true if you are on antidepressants. Feel free to contact us if you have questions about this.

More about Unni:
Unni is a warm and sensitive facilitator. She grew up in Tromsø, but has lived most of her adult life in Oslo or around the world. Since the year 2000, she has been on a deeply transformative journey, both personally and professionally. She works full time with dance, meditation and human development, and has been invited to teach in several countries in Eastern, Southern, Central and Northern Europe, as well as South Africa and Bali.
Bringing people together to support our deeper life journey is her greatest passion.
